Important Reminders
- School Photo Day is Wednesday, September 19th.
- Please remember that all parents and guardians are asked to park in the parking lot for drop off and pick up. There is no "drop off" line at SMS. Stopping in front of the door causes a back-up of traffic on Walnut Street, and in some cases causes others to be late. Please be conscientious and pull into a parking space to let your children out. Thank you!

CAMP HI ROCK FUNDRAISER
7th, 8th and High School Families- We have an incredible opportunity this month to help finance the Hi-Rock adventure but we need your help!
We are scheduled to host the Guilford Welcome Center Coffee Break on Saturday, September 29th.
You can help in several ways. We hope you will consider them all:
- Do you have a relationship with an individual or company who would donate coffee, cream and sugar, cups with lids, stir sticks, bottled water and/or drinks, food such as muffins, granola bars, fresh fruit, single serve bags of chips etc.
SUPER RAFFLE TICKETS
Wednesday, September 19th- If you have sold 6 tickets by this date, you are eligible to have your name submitted to a drawing to win a $500 Tuition Voucher. It is important to have all of your tickets and money submitted to Sandi by 3:30 pm on TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY morning by 9am.
TICKET SALES AT MASS: Also, there are lots of slots still available to sell tickets at Mass across the street at Saint Michael Parish. If your family would like to try to sell tickets to parishioners, please sign up here.
Out of fairness to everyone, we ask that families only sign up for one slot.
Starting next week, if there are open slots still available, we will encourage families to sign up for a second time. However, you MUST sign up for an empty time slot, not to sell alongside a family who is already signed up.
A few reminders:
- Set up the table (stored at the top of church handi-cap ramp) and be available for sales or engagement before Mass too. Parishioners often buy tickets beforehand, or they are reminded at seeing you there and will come afterwards to buy a ticket.
- If there is no table outside, you can borrow a table from the parish center.
- Make sure your children are with you, wearing their smiles, and even their uniforms if they are willing.
