PCMS Leadership Club Coat Drive
From now until January 6th students and families are encouraged to donate winter coats and jackets here at PCMS. Coats will then be cleaned by Anton’s Cleaners and then donated to those in need. Students can bring in items or they can be dropped off at PCMS at any time during the school day. There is a bin by the cafeteria for the coats.
PCMS PTO Shoe Drive
Would you ever think that your old shoes could help us raise much-needed funds?
Well, they can and here’s how. Our PTO is participating in a fundraiser where there is nothing to buy or sell, all we need is your support and your old shoes. We are looking for community members to help support us by agreeing to collect 25 pairs of gently worn, used and new shoes in the next 2 weeks.
Here’s how you do it: Start in your family’s closets and gather pairs of shoes that you’ve outgrown, are out of style, or out of season. If you have 25 pairs, great, if not please ask your neighbors, friends and/or co-workers to do the same. These shoes will help support our program as well as individuals in developing nations like Ghana, Haiti, and Bolivia. If you can’t collect 25, then try for 15, 10, or 5. Remember, every pair that you collect helps. Send in your old sneakers, dress shoes, flip flops, cleats, high heels, snow boots, and kid’s shoes, anything but ice skates or rollerblades/roller skates.

PCMS Bus Reminder:
Students are only allowed to ride their assigned bus to and from school. If there is an emergency contact us but as a practice we do not allow passes for ‘social’ reasons.
PCMS Attendance Line:
When reporting your child absent, please call the main number and then you will be prompted to PRESS 4 to report your child absent. Please use this prompt so we limit the number of calls to the front office in the mornings when it is a very busy time for us.
