Introducing the Titans Film Festival
The Titans Film Festival is a new initiative of the Pembroke Public Schools that aims to celebrate original media created by students and staff.
(Teachers are encouraged to include options for students to create films and videos when assigning curriculum projects throughout the school year. Students may then choose to submit their original media creations for recognition at the Titans Film Festival.)
Deadline for submission: April 12, 2019.
- Min Run-Time: 2 Minutes
- Max Run-Time: 8 Minutes
Submissions will be judged on; the integration of text, graphics, video, animation, and sound to convey information (Media/Technical); the concepts; knowledge and opinions that constitute substance (Content); and the elements that make it unique, original and compelling (Innovation).
The film screening will be on May 3, 2019.
For more information or if you would like to book editing time with Titan Tv, please email pactv@pembrokek12.org.
January kicked off the second annual Patriot Program. First and second grade students rushed into the library before school to show volunteer parents their patriotic creations. We’re hoping to meet /exceed last year’s number of 43 patriots.

Get to know the people of Pembroke Public Schools
Everyone in Pembroke Public Schools has a story.
This year, we've focused on telling those stories about the exceptional people in our District. Some have been part of our community for many years, others new additions to our Pembroke family. Some of them have overcome difficult obstacles to get where they are or have been leaders in their field, producing incredible results, while others have always gone out of their way to show kindness and compassion.
Each one of them is an important part of who we are as a District, and as a community.
