Fowler Principal Update!
I am excited to present Mr. Keith Kinney as the Fowler School Principal beginning July 1, 2023. Thank you to the screening committee, staff, students, and community members who took the time to participate and provide feedback on the candidates. We are fortunate to have such an involved community that cares about our students and the direction of the high school now and in the future.
Keith Kinney has served as the Assistant Principal at the Lane Elementary School in Bedford for the past twelve years, and previous to that was a teacher in the Chelmsford Public Schools for ten years, working as a classroom teacher with experience in grades two, three, and five.
He received his Bachelor’s degree from Fitchburg State College, his Master’s in Education from Fitchburg State College, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies from Fitchburg State University.
The interview groups were impressed by Mr. Kinney’s student-centered approach to learning, extensive knowledge of curriculum, and leadership in district-wide initiatives, including school safety.

GREEN MEADOW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT
The Green Meadow Elementary School project team has submitted its second MSBA submission! This submission is called the Preferred Schematic Report (PSR) and it advances the initial existing conditions verification, educational visioning & programming and Owner / Community coordination into multiple design alternatives, shows MSBA the design alternative evaluation process taken by the project team, and highlights which design alternative was ultimately selected at the end of the process.
Below is a link to a Google Drive folder that contains the previous Preliminary Design Program (PDP) submission as well as the recent PSR submission. As always, we thank you very much for your attention to the project, and we’ll continue to keep you informed as the project moves along the MSBA process!
