- ATTENDANCE PHONE LINE: 208.855.4252

- PERMIT TO LEAVE CAMPUS (PTL):
If it is necessary for a student to leave campus, they must obtain permit to leave from the attendance office. Failure to secure this permit will result in a major truancy as stated in the school handbook. In order to facilitate a student’s release, the ATTENDANCE OFFICE NEEDS AT LEASET ONE (1) HOUR NOTICE. A parent or guardian must call the attendance office prior to the student needing to leave. Notes will not be accepted. Please be advised that NO PERMITS TO LEAVE CAMPUS WILL BE MADE AND NO STUDENT WILL BE CALLED OUT OF CLASS 20 MINUTES BEFORE LUNCH AND 20 MINUTES BEFORE THE END OF THE DAY.
- If your student is marked absent in a class that they attended, please email the teacher that they were marked absent in so the teacher can change that with the attendance office. The attendance office cannot change it without the teachers approval.

Parent Engagement Survey
- One of the pieces of Idaho’s school accountability system is a parent survey. This survey asks for your input on several topics to help measure how our schools are doing in meeting your student’s needs. The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete, and your responses are anonymous.
- We will use our survey responses to identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the state will report the results and the number of responses on Idaho’s new school report card (https://idahoschools.org/districts/002/profile).
- Please login to this anonymous survey using the link below, select your school from the drop-down list and complete the survey.
NOTE: If you have students attending more than one school and do not want to take the survey multiple times; please select the school attended by your oldest student. If you do not mind filling out the survey for each of the schools your students attend, please feel free to do so.
- Access and take the survey here: https://eprovesurveys.advanc-ed.org/surveys/#/action/184180/p31849
- If you would like to preview the survey, please click the following link: https://sde.idaho.gov/assessment/surveys/. Copies of the surveys are under the “Files” tab on this page. To take the survey you must login using the link above.
Thank you in advance for your participation in this survey.
