Kindergarten-High School Enrollment Details
Two-Part process:

The enrollment office will not request enrollment forms from your previous school: (birth certificate, immunization records, IEP, or transcripts).
Below are the items to attach in order for your child's enrollment packet to be accepted.
Please label your attachments: Birth Certificate/Parent ID/Immunization/Proof of Residency etc.
You are responsible to provide and submit the required documents to enroll at Lincoln Consolidated Schools:
- Birth Certificate/Passport
- Parent State Photo ID/Drivers' License/Passport
- a current and up-to-date immunization record
- High School Transcript from previous school
One (1) proof of residency (current address)**
- Your Purchase Agreement / Mortgage Statement
- Your copy of a Rent / Lease Agreement
- Your Property Tax Bill
- Your current electric, gas, or water bill or turn-on notice
- Your voter ID card with current address
**A Lincoln Residency Affidavit is required when the parent/legal guardian is not the resident homeowner/lessee.

Individualized Educational Placement (IEP)
Health Appraisal (well-check)-Young 5 and Kindergarten only
Transcript-High School Grades 9-12
What to Expect Next (2023/2024)
Enrollment Services will review and verify your registration information. Once processed the enrollment office will send the student's information to the school or LCSVA* program.
The assigned school will contact you with building/teacher assignments and your start date.
The enrollment process is currently 3-5 business days.
The 2023/2024 School of Choice window is closed.
24/25 School of Choice Applications
LCS participates in School of Choice for K-12. Washtenaw County students are eligible to apply for enrollment. Also eligible are students from counties that touch the Washtenaw County Borders.
The enrollment office will request discipline records from the current/previous school district. Please have accurate school contact information. Students needing Special Education services will need to provide the student's current IEP. High School students will also submit their current transcript.
