- ATTENDANCE PHONE LINE: 208.855.4252

- PERMIT TO LEAVE CAMPUS (PTL):
If it is necessary for a student to leave campus, they must obtain permit to leave from the attendance office. Failure to secure this permit will result in a major truancy as stated in the school handbook. In order to facilitate a student’s release, the ATTENDANCE OFFICE NEEDS AT LEASET ONE (1) HOUR NOTICE. A parent or guardian must call the attendance office prior to the student needing to leave. Notes will not be accepted. Please be advised that NO PERMITS TO LEAVE CAMPUS WILL BE MADE AND NO STUDENT WILL BE CALLED OUT OF CLASS 20 MINUTES BEFORE LUNCH AND 20 MINUTES BEFORE THE END OF THE DAY.
- If your student is marked absent in a class that they attended, please email the teacher that they were marked absent in so the teacher can change that with the attendance office. The attendance office cannot change it without the teachers approval.

- Parents: When dropping off your students, please drop off in the student drop off area. Don't drop them off in the staff parking.
Students are allowed and encouraged to carry and self-administer a one day’s dose of over the counter (OTC) medication such as Tylenol, Ibuprofen or Tums with parental consent. Medication must be in original packaging or container and can be stored in student’s locker or backpack.

If you are interested in being placed in our "emergency substitute pool" only at Centennial High School to help with our sub shortage, please email me at robarge.jason@westada.org
If your child needs assistance with food or personal care items, please have them contact their counselor or email cornell.amy@westada.org and we will get them started with The Pantry!
If your student is on a transfer to attend Centennial High School, please know that these must be filled out every year to continue at Centennial High School. If you reside within West Ada school district boundaries (Meridian High, Eagle High etc.) please fill out an in-district transfer application for fall 2022-20223. If you reside out of district (Boise, Kuna, Nampa etc.) please fill out the out of district transfer application. All forms can be found here. School Registration / School Enrollment and Registration (westada.org) When a student is on a transfer the parents must provide transportation.
If you utilize the printable form, please email it back to the registrar at nimmo.julie@westada.org. Please be aware that these can take through the summer months to be processed.
If you are out of Centennial's boundary and do not submit a transfer application, you will be withdrawn at the end of the school year and will need to register your student at their boundary school.
- Student's please double check your requests for next year in Class Choice? If you have changed your minds about what electives you are wanting to take then you will need to contact your counselor. Schedule changes will be limited next year, so you need to make sure your electives are correct before the summer break.
- Cheer: You might be contacted by a student looking for a recommendation from you as they are wishing to try out for Centennial Cheer in the coming weeks. Here are the links to the recommendation forms so they are easily on hand. Coach Jenny and I so appreciate your help in this process!

The clinic is located on the Meridian Elementary School campus. It offers no cost dental cleanings to qualifying students.
