Register for the 2022-23 school year today
Elementary school registration for the 2022-23 school year is open and online now for current students. Registration is required annually and is the time to update your child’s information and pay fees. Completing registration and paying fees now confirms that your child will attend school in August. Thank you for providing important information and parent permissions as part of the registration process. For more information about registration, visit www.bluevalleyk12.org/registration.
**Please remember that paid fees allows us to ensure we have the most accurate student count which then helps us to allocate staff members accordingly.
Lost Library Book Fees
Library fees for lost books can now be paid through Parentvue. Please be sure to check your account if your child came home with a library bill notice.
Kindergarten Orientation Day sign-up information
On the first day of school, Aug. 17, 2022, we invite all kindergarten students and families to take part in Kindergarten Orientation Day. The day will have a modified schedule, which will allow kindergarten teachers to meet with students and families in small groups throughout the day and provide a comforting transition to school.
During the orientation, you and your child will:
- Meet your teacher
- Become familiar with classroom routines and expectations
- Get to know new friends and families
- Take pictures
- Calm any kindergarten fears or anxieties (for students and parents)
Families are asked to sign up for one of three sessions, each lasting approximately one hour. Click Here to sign up for a time slot.
Please note on Aug. 17 there will not be bus service or lunch provided for kindergarten students. Aug. 18 will be a regular school day for all students.
